The Hive is a space anyone can work in. I spent a few months there myself, and the flexibility of the design really make it fantastic. It’s a nice space to rent while doing independent work (I was doing a book).

Wow! Thanks for the props. I feel amazingly honored to be counted among these other workplaces (which I have to admit I am envious of). @johnOnolan – pretentious? – really? Loud? Certainly.
